2025 New Referees
Before continuing to registration please be advised that US Soccer has
updated its Waiver of Liability and we recommend you read it carefully and
in its entirety. This waiver and consent is in a set of check boxes, one line of which says
“waiver of liability”. The word liability is a link and to see the full waiver you
need to click on the link. This step is found when you log in to the US
Soccer Learning Center to take the initial online grassroots course.
New Referee Registration is now closed
The 2025 New Referee Registration Year/Cycle is now closed. However, the 2026 registration year/cycle opens the 1st week of July 2025. Please email NCSRA Administrator Erick Varone the 1st week of July and he will send you the direct link to the 2026 New Referee Certification.
Once you complete the 2026 New Referee Certification, and have that confirmed by Erick at the state office, you will be eligible to referee this upcoming fall 2025 season and all of 2026 with your initial certification.
