Which Referee Clinic Do I Need To Attend? Grade 9 (Up to U-14 Youth Referee) Entry Level Certification Courses 2012 Grade 9 Re-Certification and Upgrade to Grade 8 Certification Courses 2012(All Grade 9s who re-certify will take the upgrade course as their re-certification course. Those who want to remain in grade 9 or who are younger than 14 years of age at the time of the clinic, will be re-certified as a grade 9 referee.
