Arbiter Instructions for Referees

The four training presentations which can be downloaded from this page are a linked series which explain in detail with actual screen views the many functions and features of the new NCSRA USSF North Carolina Arbiter Referee Assignment Program.  Each North Carolina Referee should download and review these materials to understand and become comfortable with the system.  All assignors will be required to use this system beginning the Fall 2005 season.
