 “The NCSRA Mentor Program’s mission is to build a solid base of knowledge and skills in the art of

 officiating soccer, as well as give opportunity and exposure to the referees who will be the driving

 force of tomorrow’s NCSRA”

 

1. Minimum 16 years of age

2. Minimum 2 years certified with USSF and in good standing

3. Minimum 30 matches, either R or AR

4. Desire to advance to State Referee II (Grade 6)

5. Recommendation from assignor, assessor, ARA, or mentor

      Attendance at Professional matches and Q&A with Professional referee crews

 

            Select mentees may participate in a Referee School held out of state with USSF Staff
