REGISTRATION PROCEDURES ----
Your
Registration forms and cheques must be received by December
15, 2010.
An assignor’s’
access to Arbiter will be turned off after January 01, 2011
if his/her forms and fee are not received by the
deadline.
An additional re-activation fee of $50 will be charged
after December 31, 2010.
COMPLETE AND INCLUDE ALL THREE FORMS
The USSF registration form and a cheque for $100 payable
to "NCSRA"
and
the clubs and sites form
and
the NCYSA registration form and a cheque for $25 payable to
"NCYSA" .
